Shipping Policy

Every Bonabalm bar is made by hand in small batches, so here is exactly what to expect after you place an order.

Processing time

Orders are made fresh and typically leave us within 3–5 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During a busy period or a large order we'll email you if we need a little longer.

Shipping cost and delivery

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery usually takes a further few business days depending on your address. Total time from order to doorstep is therefore most often around one week.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received that email within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then contact us at wownaturesgrace@gmail.com.

Wrong address or delivery problems

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — we can usually correct it before the order ships. If your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
